We are just 1️⃣ week away from the start of Summer Connections 🌻 Our main class offerings will be: 👉Discovering Redeemer & Things Anglican (perfect for newcomers and those exploring the faith and the Anglican way). 👉The Drama of Scripture (Your next step toward membership if you've already taken "Discovering Redeemer" and/or "To Be a Christian") For everyone else, we invite you to join us on Wednesday nights tending and connecting to God's creation on the Farm with our Farm to Flourish youth. We'll also be offering Evening Prayer for those desiring a mid-week opportunity to slow down and meet with the Lord. Both of these options are "come as you're able" during the 8 weeks of Connections. On Good Shepherd Sunday, we commissioned five new Stephen ministers to help care for the Lord’s sheep. Stephen ministers are lay caregivers, specially trained to walk alongside people in their grief, moments of crisis, illness, loneliness, and other difficult circumstances. Join us in praying for the @greensborofellows, Bishop Alan, and our friends from @goodshepherdbr as they head out to Rwanda today! We have partnered with the Diocese of Gahini since the earliest days of our church’s formation, and are founding members of @friendsofgahini . These annual trips are a key way we continue to strengthen and build relationships with our brothers and sisters in the Diocese of Gahini and our sister parish in Karangazi. On these trips we get to spend time with our missionary family @theweberworld , seek to learn and understand Rwandan history, culture, and reconciliation efforts in the wake of the genocide, and spend time in worship, prayer, and fellowship with our Rwandan brothers and sisters in Christ. ℹ️ Learn more about our ministry partnership in Rwanda at redeemergso.org/rwanda
